seat help

putting a interior from a hlx in my car, the passenger seat will not hold its position, so when you lean back on it, it just goes all the way back, why is this?
ive taken the plastic cover off the side and had a look at the mechanism, but dont really know wat im looking for

At a guess it's broken. Dunno if there's a fix for it other than buying a new seat

Compare it with the drivers side and see what is different/not working/not clicking into place on the seat mechanism.
