Technical seat belts

hi all, ive noticed in my seicento that there is another cut out above where the current belt is placed, could i take it out and move it up?

Well, I understand what you mean, anyway.

Can't see why not -- I think there's something in the handbook. But unless you're vey tall or exceptionally well endowed in the mammary department (or both) I'm not sure there's much point.
