General Scuttle support rail

I have a Ducato 230 / 1998 camper, im in need of a front windscreen "scuttle" support rail, these are notorious for rusting,as any water doesn't run off over the scuttle and to the drain, it goes under the "seal" joke, and onto the support rail then into the engine bay.
Has anyone had the same problem and did you manage to get a replacement support rail ?
