General Scuttle panel removal

Hi, I have a lot of water coming in the passenger side and into the footwell when it rains. I’ve been advised to remove the scuttle panel and clean any leaves/debris. I think this issue has also affected the heating as the blowers only work on the highest setting and not at full capacity.
Can anyone advise how I go about removing the scuttle panel?

Generally on FIATS

Remove wiper arms.. then unclip the trim

Treat yourself to a wiper arm removal tool.... you wont regret it. I couldnt have taken off my wiper arms without one....

I had never needed one until my punto needed attention..

10 years of dry assembly meant I couldnt get the arms off despite my standatd techniques for such a job

I used a puller I had at hand.. but that is certainly cheap
