Technical Scuds not starting

Hello can anyone help I have a fiat scuds 2.0 had a problem last week it started to lose power and juddering pulled over it would Idol fine but struggling to rev and when you could get it to pick up a little grey smoke called the as he checked the boost pressure sensor it was all clogged up he cleaned it and now it does not start at all I have replaced it with a new one but van still won’t start any ideas what to look at

Did you mean the AA if so did you get a print out of error codes?
What age, does it have DPF, etc.?
