Samsung Jet SMS fail

Hi ALL

Has any members experienced a loss of SMS reader with their Samsung Jet phone mine stopped working on this function and I received a new phone from orange and ..... this one does not work ether.

Oh joy it used to work perfectly???

Mine never worked m8. Fiat dealer not really interested as they don't actually have a scooby about blue and me. It is a piece of crap m8. I suggest living with what parts do work and ignoring this message reader flaky piece of ***.

I totally agree I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t work for the first 3 weeks then I turned the Blue tooth off my phone to save some battery power, after that the SMS reader hasn’t worked.

I also have a Samsung Jet, but mine has never really worked with sms reader. Can you check whats your device firmware? And whats your blue&me version?

have you tried to flash/update your jets firmware? i am about to do that, but i dont know if its going to work cause my B&M is not updated yet - i live in Brazil and the 5.4 version seems to be available just now here.

Hi Kelvin.
Did you manage to fix the problem?
I did the update today on Blue&Me and Jets firmware. Ill be able to test it just tomorrow. Ill let you know the results.

Unfortunately, even with new jets new firmware and b&m 5.4 the sms reader didnt work :bang:
