Does anyone know of the top of their head what the rolling radius is for a panda CLX. im guessing its about 9 inches?
I personally use this calculator. Reckons a 155/65/13 (guessing what you have) tyre is 10.5 inches.
would have thought 165/45 was a bit small anyway, factory fit is 135/80 or 155/70 so reckon on 165/40 on 14s???

15s are getting a bit wide though.want low sidewall though so theres not much flex
165/50 seem readily available for R15 but not R14![]()
Speedo's pretty optimistic anyway usually.
Obviously they are your tyres, but I would stick my neck out and say you haven't got 165/45/13 atm. That isn't a sold tyre size. Anyway 155/65 were the option tyre that became standard and 135/80 (ish) was the original spec. They are very similar in rolling radius of course. That's why 1408's 165/70 profile tyres equate to near real life speed as it cancels out the built-in over-read required by law of the 165/65 design.i have 165/45/13 at, lewey. i'm thinking of getting 14's though and want to get as close to the correct radius so the speedo is kinda accurate. guess im going to need a very low sidewall
