General road tax euro 4 or not

hi folks I have been paying full price for road tax on a scudo van 1.9 diesel 2006 (old shape) but have heard someone say it sould be euro 4 compliant I notice a lot of the same vans for sale stating euro 4 in the sales purp can anybody shed any lght on this I have tried to find out on the internet with no luck also it does not show any information on the v5 thank you for any help you can give...

There's an old copy of ePER on the blue bar at the top of this page, but it's a 2004 version so won't list your VIN.

According to ePER and your VIN, you have a 2004-2006 model Scudo panel van with blue cloth upholstery. It was built on 27/07/2006, and has a 2.0 JTD 8 valve, 110 hp, CF3 engine.

CF3 indicates that it is Euro 3 compliant. Sorry.
