Technical Right balljoints? Help??

I have a 52 plate swb ducato jtd I have tried 2 different types of bottom balljoints both types the collar on the balljoints were to thin and never went into the bottom arm tightly also the came with the wrong bolts and also had nots an bolts with them, my balljoints just bolt into the hub which is threaded.
Has anyone ha the same problem?

I had the same (opposite) thing with my 1986 Talbot, I got a ball joint off a specialist web site, went to fit it & the pin was too fat! It came with nuts & bolts but my hub had threaded holes.
Anyway, we ordered one from a motor factors quoting the reg number and it came right.
Just had a look & I didn't keep a record of the part number
