8.5" on the front and 10" on the rear I'm gonna be putting 20mm hub centric adapters on the backs and 35mm on the front

I agree with you on that. Why don't buy a Hyundai (did I write it correct?) Accent from mid-90's instead.

But I admire the time and effort people are putting in modifying their vehicles to another standard. But for me it's more "no mod without function".
