Can you replace it diy stylee? or does it have to be taken to some professional or fiat dealer? Mine had a fit the other day and refused to unlock my car, just wondering if the battery is on it's last legs....

Dead easy, Pop out they key and look in the recess where it came from.
You'll see a small screw and an open and closed padlock. Rotate the screw to open and then the battery tray pops out.
Change the battery and then seal back up.
Dont forget to turn the screw back to the closed padlock.
