right so i sorted the thermostat yesterday... it took me 5 hours... one of the only two bolts holding the thermostat in sheared off.... taking 4 hours to remove it from the engine block... now it over heats so i remembered in my frustration i forgot to bleed it. went to bleed it today and the bleed nipple on the heater hose broke off.
does anyone no how much a new hose is? do i have to replace the whole hose or just the bleeding block? how much hassle?
im starting to think that my cinquecento dosent like me.
You should be able to get hold of the bleeding bit very easily from a scrappy. They can be tight, but it's important to do them by hand rather than with a tool as they're easy to snap.
