Technical Replacement Headlights..Spanish to UK Spec

just a quick question regards my Spanish registered Seicento..

Now it's in the Uk and have to go through the importation process..

Looking for the following to make it conform to UK regs

Headlights for UK roads?? Where is best to get them ?(second hand or from a supplier)

Fog lamps/rear clusters for Uk roadswhere can I get them?

Speedometer..

Kilometres to MPH....and advice??

Your best bet is to get on eBay and look at people who are breaking them, either that or your local breakers yard
