Screw those they want £680 for some £30 lower arms that can be fitted in an hour!

Those are insane figures!

I'd love to know why they have quoted these prices, looking at the list of faults it makes me wonder if the car is habitually mistreated and the garage don't want the work or the customer bringing the car back in the future, as they don't want to be liable for anything else that might go wrong.

Well that is clearly not an official quote from a main dealer or any reputable business. You would nee more context to assess it's validity.
