Removing rear cards from the side of the rear bit

As title;

Any idea's on how to go about removing these, which parts of the interior do you have to take off and is it easy, bearing in mind ive just retrimmed and sprayed the dash and needed skin grafts afterwards

The best way would be to take out the seats first.
But if U cant / wont, there are some screws under the seats (seating part), one under the metal bar on which the seat belt is secured, one when U tilt the seats (near the rear seat bracket) and than U have to pull it off - gently.
That is all I know.
