Technical Removing Panda Instrument Cluster

I need to replace the LCD panel in the middle of the instrument cluster. I've see the 'Minitools' guide on this, but it does not show how to remove the cluster from the dashboard.

Anyone know where this might be explained? It might be more obvious if the silver plastic panel (see below) is removed, but even removing that looks difficult.
