Technical Removing Horn Push/Airbag.

One side of my horn push has sunk, so the horn keeps going off (getting a bit embarassing!).

How does the horn push come off (so I can investigate the problem)? Do I need to take preventative measures, such as fuse removal, regarding the airbag?

Hi there, with regards to your airbag, it is recomended that you disconnect your battery and join the positive battery lead to the negative battery lead, this will drain all the capacitors in your ecu's. There will then be two screws through the back of your steering wheel which will release your air bag.

Thanks for this. Do I need to release the airbag (via screws in back of wheel) if I just want to get the horn push off? Does the horn push just pull off?

The airbag is fasten with two allen screws at the back.
