Styling Removing Cinq bumpers

Not sure weather this is the right place but....

Can somebody tell me where all the fixing points are for the bumpers on a cinq? i need to get em off to:

1. clean + touch up
2. remove the horrid orange strips!

front bumper- two in the middle on the top near the bonnet catch! cant miss em! one either side at the top of the side of the bumper-you need to pull back the inner wheel arch liner to see them,bit awkward then undo the nut at the bottom (when you have the arch liner pulled back! again you should see them easy enough and dont forget the screws holding on the splash guard underneath the bumper! i think thats it as for the rear??? havent done that one but shouldnt be that hard,apart from seized bolts/nuts etc. pretty easy!!!

Yeah some pics would be good. My Cinqs Imola blue as well & those orange strips are well cack! I cant decide on whether to take them off completely or respray them a different colour?

think im gonna rip my orange strips off tomorra when i flush out the radiator. i will need to sooner or later anyway cause im getting the abarth rear apron and the storm1 front
