General remove childlock

Hi!!
I need help!!
I have a Fiat Ulysse and I can´t get the childlock unlocked, meaning I can´t open the back doors. No matter if I use the key or the remote I can´t manage.
how can I solve this??

No, it´s OK.

I´ve tried with the key, pressing that button, ... and i´ts superblocked. My children have to get in through the front doors!!!

Is there any way to unblock this mechanically? the key doesn´t do anything.

Assuming they are electric doors, check the fuses in the battery well

I've never seen the side doors deadlock like that, the tailgate yes!

I think you may need to take the door cards off and push the rods back but finding out what caused it will be the priority.
