sorry i know this is raking over old ground, but is there a kit manufactured by fiat to make my central locking remote central locking? on an 06 mk2b. i know there are millions of spurious kits on fleabay made in the land of the rising sun, but the quality of the fobs look tacky at best, and would disintegrate at the first drop of my keys.
thanks in advance guys.

Get advice before fitting one first,(y)

Be warned they are not plug & play, they have links to can-bus,
itried adding one to mine for the alarm,..and car was imobilised,. :(
luckily battery lead off for 15mins got it sorted, but iwas expecting the worst,

Also just to add to the link I sent you. There is a guide on this forum for that exact kit that makes it really easy to fit. I think the guide is by L2wis but you will find it in the guide section

Amazing top quality kit fitting was a breeze and works a treat, walked to the bottom of street and still works no problem with range of the fob! Doddle to install and a massive improvement on the central locking. Also the led is blue not red which was a cool surprise and very bright, lights the car up inside.
Thanks for the recommendation.

No problem glad you've got it working. Just a quick question where did you put your antenna? Because mine is sometimes a bit unpredictable so I could do with it somewhere a bit better

Just pushed it along the recess above the fuse box inside the dash pointing in a door to steering wheel direction, it feels like a little shelf

Hi everyone,I am an owner of FIAT Punto 2002. mk2 and I have a problem with remote central locking. Key works properly but when I wont to lock car with remote unit nothing is happening. I have changed batteries and checked all the parts and everything is ok but it still won't lock the car. I went to the service and they put the car on the diagnostic and they needed a PIN number to access the sistem and I don't have that card with PIN number. Can enyone help,is there a some way to bypass that PIN or is there some universal PIN number to access system and reset the remote unit.

Is it definitely a Meta M320 you have fitted? If it is you should have a round fob for it separate from the key. The Meta system is an aftermarket item and will not show up on the diagnostics anyway. The fobs are programmed manually using the code which would originally have been on a red plastic card. There is a fitting guide for the M320 on the forum https://www.fiatforum.com/punto-mk2...ta-m320-remote-central-locking-mk2-punto.html I'd use that first to make sure it's all wired in properly.
