I've just ripped out all the dash wiring for my ICE. I have an amp under my seat which has an 4awg feed from the battery, fed into a fused distrobox. I want to use the spare output from the distro box to power my head unit and EQ. I know how to do all the wiring, however I also know that when you turn a relay off you get an amount of back EMF from it. I have a background in electronics and so know how dangerous that can be for small circuits. Is this gernally regarded as a problem in auto electronics, or can i assume that other things fed from the ignition live wire (like my alarm) will be able to cope with any back EMF?
