Hi all, i've searched around the forum for similar problems and came to nothing. I have a 2002 1.2 5dr, and I have a problem with the cabin blower air flow. Even when on full hardly any air blows out. this has been the case for a good year...(i know i should have sorted it earlier!!)

Also it makes a buzzing type sound almost like something is in the way.
Could it be as simple as cleaning the pollen filter, or can the intake be easily cleaned??? I've had a look by the bonnet but it looks very complex it dismantle.

thanks guys!!
Chris

Well that guide by @Deckchair worked a treat a MASSIVE thank-you to you!!

Although the filter is a nightmare to get out its well worth spending a little time every now and again cleaning it or replacing it! I recon I just increased airflow by about 75%! It was full of 8 years of crap and dust!!!

It's a Service item that often gets neglected, bearing in mind the hassle of getting it out it's best to just change it every other Service or so.
