The latest addition is a 1989 'G' reg 70SX, much the same as my 1989 'F' reg 70SX. This one is a one owner car with a lot of Fiat accessories, such as boot spoiler, bonnet spoiler, driving lamp grill, alloy wheels, Momo wheel and leather gear nob. It even has the amazing speaker pods that fit in the front door bins - I have NEVER seen these for real, only in Fiat brochures!

It is in very solid condition but in need of TLC, an MOT and probably a service. And it has only 45K on the clock!!!! I want to get out and work on it but just my luck I get it today and tomorrow I start 24 weeks of full time work placements :bang:

Still, my neighbours are probably thinking I'm starting a 1980's red Uno Fiat garage! :p

It would be OK, except, aren't there several more cars waiting around for your attention? Something about a Cinquecento and a Punto, I seem to recall, and there's always the Cortina!

Still, I have my three 164s and you have your three Unos... I love the posing of the photos, haven't had the space to do that with the 164s yet :) Is all that driveway space yours or is someone now distinctly less-cheerful? People must be doing double-takes as they drive by. I reckon you should try and make the two SXs as similar as possible!

<sigh> I had better stop dreaming of having all three 164s finished; I should get back to work! ;)

I should find a job, it would stop me buying cars, 4 saabs, 4 unos, only 3 saabs for the road, and maybe only 3 unos but you never know. I will have to clean them up and take a pic.

The Uno's look good, but they are too new!:).

My 90 Nissan Ute is for sale. I have to rationalise, orders from indoors.

2 Things...

1) All your numberplates have the letter "K" in them. I strongly approve of this. K is an excllent letter.

2) One day, I'm going to drive round Watford until I find your house, then I'm going to come on here and inform you of the mileage.

3) I reckon you can fit another 2 on your driveway :D

4) Did you know the price of a wiper motor is ~£115? Rediculous!

Isnt that the one that was in the classified section? I was tempted but got all logical!

It does seem to have quite alot of the original Fiat accessories bunged on, but the heater intake & foglight grille look a bit `barry` now!

I`ve got some sparkrite slimline fogs I was debating whether to stick them in my grille, but I decided it would look to chavy..

I agree with thepottleflump on the T Cut thing, although the middle one has the best bumpers & mirrors!

Your house IS going to become a landmark! you need to get some FiatForum stickers on them!

Probably see them from Google earth (y)

The red 'C' reg 45S and the black mk2 SX (since scrapped) can both be seen very clearly on Google Street View ;)

The satelite view of my house is very out of date as I can tell it was taken sometime between early 2001 and July 2001 by the cars that were on the drive!

My little red blob is in 3 places at once :D

I think all them 80s/90s accessories are rare now.. mainly coz they looked so bad!

Remember the full width reflectors? knight rider red grille strobes? cossy whale tails? chrome arches? fake TV boomerang antennas? I used to sell all that crap when I worked at Ripspeed (the original one in N London, not the Halfords thing).

Should have said Rare

But the grille isn't after market tac like you hint.

Its a Fiat accessory for the Uno isn't it like it was for the Panda?

On the Panda is was an uncommon acessory 15 years ago when the cars were new. Was just wondering if it was the same back then with the Uno's

No, I know, I`ve got 80`s Fiat Accessories brochures, it is a Fiat original, although it was available for Hella as well. it was reasonably popular for an accessory.

I doubt theres many left now.
