:bang:I dont know how many of you have followed my problems with delivery of a 100hp ordered in April and promised for delivery early June (This year)
After many phone calls to my dealer and onto Fiat customer services, have found out that the last shipment of Fiats of all sorts were being held in Antwerp prior to shipping to Port Bury..
Now listen up all you latest owners of Fiats taken for your delivery in last
2/3 weeks..
It appears that Antwerp was hit by a major hail storm and many of the cars being held dockside were seriously damaged by the hail..
In my case it was one of the cars being held back for a detailed check for roof and bonnet damage.. Allegedly check showed no damage and car will be with my dealer next Tuesday or Wednesday..
As I can remember seeing one of our band saying they thought the rear spoiler appeared not to be fixed properly. It could be one of the damaged cars..
I would advise everyone taking delivery over last 2/3 weeks to look very carefully at all point of the bodywork, and log into the Fiats fault rectification list as soon as possible..
If this proves to find any damaged cars please PM me and might have to start up a list of unhappy owners. Might lead to a group action...
