Rear Wiper - some help please

I have removed the nut, but the old wiper is pretty much stuck firm! Does it unscrew off or does it pull straight off?

Am getting scared now though as it seems as if it's gonna pull it all through the rear door!
That is all there is to do isn't there, lift the cap & remove the nut??

that is what i did a week ago
prob just has a lot of dirt stuck
trust me the door wil remin intact, you aint that strong lol
