Hello I have a year 2000 1.2 Bravo that has a duff rear wiper motor, ( I know the motor is duff as the brushes in the motor have welded themselves to the armature) 
I have bought a second hand motor from that auction site which i fitted at the weekend and still no joy. The washer works fine and I have 12 volts at the motor when it is switched on with the stalk control, i have run a separate earth from the battery to the central earth pin on the motor wiring and still no joy.
I have asked if i can return the motor but can anyone through any light here?? could i bench test the motor with a separate 12 volt supply from the car battery??
