rear wiper bungs

my rear wiper has packed up so i am going to de-wiper it and am aware citreon AX bungs fit.

ive been down my 2 local scrappys both with citreons with bungs present. the problem is i cant get them out. ive undone the bolts but cant get them to shift out of the glass. if i break the glass ill have to pay for it.

can anyone help with advice on how to get them out?

The guys there should be doing this for you. As far as I saw, they just unscrewed them and pulled it out. I know two of them are attached to hydraulic arms, you just need to twist them I would have though.

i have just done this at the weekend. when i went they where stick down very tight. i just got a hammer and a longer screw.put the screw inside the bung and give it a good tap. dont worry about the glass.it shouldn;t break.

how much did you pay for your bungs? rang citreon and quoted me bout £5 each might be easier to buy a new one!

I paid a tenner for all four. Thought it was a bit of a cheek if you ask me lol

Socks are a great place for hiding that kinda thing...

Worked for me plenty of times over the years...
