It took Vospers Fiat in Pool, Cornwall a whole day - "the hardest part was removing the worn bushes", "there's a 'special' extraction tool, which Fiat haven't sent to us". they said they ended up burning them out in the end. See "Rear Axle, Bushes - A BIG Thanks!"
