Technical Rear Springs Rubber Mounts

Hello, hope someone can help. Just changing the rear springs on my Qubo. Got the old ones out ok however the rubber bits at the bottom of the spring (that go into the cups on rear arms) - how do you get these off? They seem stuck on the springs.

Any ideas or is it possible to source replacements?
