General rear passenger seat

Hi All-help please.The double rear passenger seat of my Fiat quobo will not fold foward even though the lock mech is open or unlocked?Any sugeestion what might be wrong?

I've just had the same problem. Mine was the cable that folds them down had snapped. I ended up buying new ( well secondhand) seats from a forum member as my mechanic had told me that my seats were beyond repair. It unfortunately seems to be a rather common fault.
