Technical Rear screen washer not working

hi I bought my first car recently (fiat punto mk3 2004)and have just noticed that the rear washer for the windshield doesn't spray water but it makes the noise as if it is working. The front washers work absolutely fine. Can someone please help me thank you

Washer motor works in reverse for the rear.

If the motor does not work then the problem is on the operating stalk.

If the motor works the one way valve is blocked/broken
