General Rear Passenger Footwell Wet

Hi, I'm new here, just signed up to see if I can get some help. I have a 2017 Tipo and the last few days the windscreen has been covered in condensation which isn't normal for the car. I picked up my baby's cardigan from the footwell and it was soaked in screen wash smelling fluid. On further inspection the carpet of the rear passenger footwell is quite wet, and smells the same as the screen wash top up tank in the engine bay. I have read on the forums for the Fiat 500 the plastic flexi pipe runs under the black trim, so I am wondering if this is the same with the Tipo? If so, are there any tips on getting access/has anyone had this issue before?

Any help would be greatly received.

Yes it runs the same sort of route as the 500 along the passenger side trim unde the doors

Then goes up the latch side of the rear door and up the trim behind the seats

Rear washer | FIAT Tipo (2016+)

Antibody else's rear washer just pants mines basically spray's a small stream straight down not really coving any of the screen and relies on the wiper moving it to cover any of the window
