Technical Rear parking sensors

Just got a 500x , 16 plate with eTorq engine. I notifced the parking sensors don’t work . So I had a look at the control unit and it is supposed to be a Bosch. However it looks as if the previous owner has tried to fit a unit from a Fiat Panda? See photo. Three of the wires coming from the control unit are not connected so I can’t see how it could work.
Has any experience with these to help connect it, or whether it is even compatible?

Whether the sensors are original or Metasystems is debateable, but you can only try connecting it up as per the pdf above and try (if you have everything listed in the pdf that came with the kit)

Or find a genuine module.

What makes you say it's out of a panda?
and what makes you say the genuine is a bosch?

I looked on eBay and according to the results, Bosch is the correct part? I also read a feature on this forum showing the meta systems unit fitted to fiat pandas. I haven’t got any info on the meta systems product, it’s what is already installed, and it was duct taped to a reinforcement bar behind the near side trim panel.
The wires not connected are blue with red stripe, brown and yellow. Do you what KL15 is on the wiring diagram? Photo shows unit as installed, minus the duct tape!

Certainly doesn't look like factory

Depending on the price I'd just be (extremely) tempted to revert to stock and be done with it.
