Technical 500x Sport parking sensors

Hi, can anyone help with a query with regards my wife’s 500x Sport 1l 2023 plate. The rear parking sensor proximity beep has stopped working. Took into the dealer and they have said it doesn’t have rear sensors I noticed it doesn’t have the disc sensors in the bumper. We are both sure that it did have the audible beeping when reversing, have we both gone mad? Can anyone with the same model or in the know comment please. Thanks in advance.

Hi Anthony. Mine has no parking sensors either - just the rear view camera. I was a little surprised that a brand new car wouldn't have sensors, but hey ho.
