Technical Rear light connector

I posted this within a thread but worth repeating

when repairing the connector it easy to remove each terminals individually

take a photo of colour order First, just in case another terminal falls out


lift the bar that holds them into the block, then tease out the cable you want to clean up.

Done this many times on Subarus whilst repinning looms. There are special tools available for popping the bars up and moving the locking tabs without breaking them, but a flat-blade jeweller's screwdriver and / or a darning needle normally do the job nicely.
