Technical rear light cluster difference

I notice the rear left cluster for the reverse light is clear non coloured plastic, but the same small section on the rear right cluster is clear red plastic. Cant figure out why this would be, as reverse lights are usually not coloured/white light.

If you were up for a challenge, you could fit a LHD light cluster set so the fogs on both sides, then fit a single White light for the reverse light, a nice little spot light to really help you see when reversing

The amount of times I've had people come up to me and say you got a reverse light out........

No! I haven't this car only has one reverse light...:bang:

Always amuses me, because yeah some cars have two reverse lights some cars don't!

Now, Ziggy's suggestion debatable I suppose.......Get the MK2B rear light clusters and you'll be sorted! Cause I noticed on mine as soon as I whack in reverse that reverse light is so bright, I can see where I'm reversing when I going on my drive, my old lights (MK2A) was so dim I struggled half the time
