Does anyone know how I can Tighten de second closing backdoor of my Fiat Scudo. The first door I close is tight but the second backdoor could be tighter. Before I start doing things to it I wonder what is the best way.

Usually on a sliding rear door you can adjust the rear catch inwards a little to tighten it , assuming there is no damage or wear on the hinges/sliders etc.
In my photos this is of a Doblo Maxi van n/s (left hand when in vehicle) the first photo is the rear catch which can be slackened off and pushed in a little and retightened.
The other photo is the front which aligns with a prong sticking out of the door, there is slight adjustment on that , but usually only needed if door is misaligned.
Also check no wear on runners and bearings make sure they are well oiled and slide/roll easily.
Make sure you have the correct size Torx socket to match the screws/bolts.

Sorry .
However the basic principle is the same as first photo although catch may look slightly different as in the first door.
If I get a chance I will take a photo of my rear doors on the Doblo, but it is raining at present.

Thank you I will also make a pic, there is a funny triangle shaped thing next to the two torx bolts and I wonder if that had something to do with it. I keep you posten. Thanks. Peter

This is the ones on my 2010 Doblo Maxi van and the U shapes can be slacked and moved in to tighten door closing.
Obviously you will only need to move the one on the O/S door if similar to mine in the first photo.

The first 3 pictures are of my leftdoor, in my case that is, and is the first door you close. That door shuts tight. The second door, last one you close which is picture number 4 is the door that does not shut completely secure. I also wonder what that black round keyhole like thing is at the bottom. Thanks again.
