The rear brakes on my 2000 seicento sporting are playing up and I'm after some advice before I get the car up on axle stands. The problem is that the handbrake lever is hard to pull up, but the hand brake is not strong enough to hold the car (even on a slight slope), but when the lever is released the brakes seem to stick. The brakes also seem to stick if the car is held on the foot brake for a few seconds. Any ideas?
