got mine changed about a month ago it was the rear nearside one so badly worn that the tyre was nearly against the car body, but there was not a sound from it whilst driving.
my mot not due till middle of august but i had car jacked u the other day and there was quite a lot of play so gonna get it done within the next fortnight.
gonna attempt the job myself hopefully i shall manage it only thing im not sure about is removing brake pipes etc.
just one thing is the bottom of the spring bolted onto the arm or does it just sit there???

cheers will have a look, will i def need to take brake pipes off local mobile mechanic says he wouldnt need to if he done the job local garage says they will def have to come off, wanna make sure i know what im letting myself into
cheers for that so it really is a case of just unbolt the old one and bolt on the new one, maybe not that easy tho.
when i order the arm am i better off buying the new bolt or maybe trying just now see if the old one will losen off first?
