Technical Re; Steel Braided brake lines/hoses ABS

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have installed, upgraded the brake lines to new steel braided. for an ABS model B

I have seen them advertised, but only for the non ABS model.

I have asked the sellers who say they only list for a non ABS model.

I cant see why they would not fit or work. Hopefully someone may shed some light to this.

Doc has them but is also having a slight problem with an ABS sensor, although it doesn't sound like the pipes are the problem...

Is there a difference in manufacturers quality. I only ever heard of goodridge hoses.

I had the ABS issue before I changed the brake hoses and the wheels so I cant see it having anything to do with the problem. Its just a set of hoses so nothing special about them.

My ABS problem is one of three things, The ABS unit, the rear wheel sensors or that I have old wheel bearings on the front (Teeth ABS design) and the new magnet rear ABS bearings on the back. My rear ABS sensors are also a different design to each other so one could have been changed at some point in the past.

I need to take it to Fiat and have the error code read.

I can do this. only thing you need is the proper connection cable.
Can be bought on ebay
