Try your local Fiat dealer's parts dept.

£25.40 for a pair of rubber mud flaps
£23.78 for a pair of plastic mud flaps
£31.28 for a pair of wind deflectors

depends what kind ya want, theres an Ebay shop that sells the winddeflectors, as for mudflaps you can probably get genuine fiat ones off the bay cheaper too or even cheaper for cheapy ones.
