Technical Rattle from the top mounts

[Bamboocross]

I’m due to do the tops mounts on my 2010 cross

According to shop4parts I need specific parts as I have a 4x4….

• OEM NUMBER: 51856856 at £83.63 each

A quick search for that part number brings me lots of KYB top mounts that are suitable for the
Ka2, Fiat 500, Panda , Panda 4x4 and a Yipsilon

Reference OE/OEM Number :

1548182, 1553893, 1619751, 46746546, 5070220450702206, 50703155, 50704320, 50706933, 51830518, 51856856, 51876262, 9S5118198BA, 9S5118198BB, 9S5118198BC

So are the 4x4 actually different to a 2wd Multijet or Ka2 etc

I don’t mind paying 4x the price if they are special to the 4x4!

51856856 replaced two earlier numbers

51856856 appears to be correct for various models including the cross

Be careful with some uber cheap mounts, some do not include the bearing

51856856 with bearing can be had for around £20

I can't help with brand but I have had problems with febi suspension arms not lasting and others have had fit issue with their bumpstops, I now stay away from febi and rubber parts
