Only 30 on the road... might be a reason why. :p

You could probably bring the rims to Stanford and sell them on if you're having second thoughts about fitting them :)
Hmmm, I've got a set of those in my garage right now for Giacosa. Now if he collected but another set snuck in, the wife may never notice....:devil:

My back tyres were put onto the front, when I turn they squeal like i'm an extra in The Sweeney.

And it also sounds like a heat shield is hanging off too.
How fast do you corner?? Never got any tyre squeal on cornering, only when I put my foot back on the accelerator before I fully engage the clutch between gears do I get any tyre squeals.... I'm such a child.....

Fizzle gets a bit of a squeal on if I'm a bit enthusiastic on the bendy bits. I swear I did a four wheel drift coming of a roundabout last night
I must be driving like a girl or something? Never get any cornering squeal. Tyre Squeal is only occurs when I'm trying to pretend I have some power by wheel spinning into 3rd gear and when I push the stop pedal through the floor.

Think you'll find you've correctly inflated tyres ;)

It's one way of knowing if they're low :p

Its 25 degrees outside, so I tret him to a carwash. He tret me with the usual misery and sorrow.

Opened the bonnet, the washer bottle lid has vanished. The exhaust-esque rattle, I rocked the car and water started to **** out from somewhere. It couldn't have been from the washer bottle, but was in the vicinity.
Ah, the cold air feed/drain pipe thing for the passenger vent was under the spare wheel and just gallons of water was spurting out of it. The nozzle end, was clogged with crap. After a clean out and put back in it's proper place all is well.

The exhaust does hit the body of the car, but only when forced. So maybe thats solved. The passenger side front wheel has top-to-bottom wheel play, only slightly mind you. Not worth it getting checked yet.

In other bad news...

ooh nasty, Fizzle was a bit like that in places, better get that filled with under seal before an MOT!

I don't see the point of the ends on those drain tubes, they just block up and store crap or dribble water on something that should be kept dry - great design eh?

You really should stop looking for faults on poor old Herbie, you'll only upset yourself ;)

My advice is ignore it until it falls off/daylight can be seen through it/or it doesn't work anymore.

Just to add to your misery here's what your alloys could look like one day
