Hello I'm new to this forum so if I've posted this in the wrong place or it's not allowed please feel free to tell me off

My Radio cassette is showing 'code'

The radio has not been disconnected from the car at any time so not sure why this has happened

The radio is a Bkaupunkt no 7642374316

The serial no is 815BP237433999966

Can anyone help please
