Technical radio control steering wheel hard to fit???

been down the scrappy gettin a few wee bits saw they had a mk1 punto with radio controls on the wheel now changing the wheel shouldn't be a prob but how hard is it to sort the wiring out to connect up to the radio

has anyone done it before???

I get the feeling it would be a lengthy strip down of both dashboards to acquire and fit the wiring loom's.

surely it would only be the wiring from the steering wheel to the radio and then just a job of splicing into the existing loom???

If you can find the wiring diagrams, it shouldn't be too tricky. You might have to find the matching clock spring.
