Technical Radio/CD MP3 won't switch on!

Hi,

I recently bought a Fiat Stilo 1.4l 3dr coupe 2006 model. I can't seem to get the radio or CD/MP3 player to work. There are no lights on at all, I hear people talking about codes and such, but how can I put a code in when nothing is on?

Could be the 10A fuse , in the fuse box below your right knee in a right hand drive check fuse number F39
