Technical radio cd -error "alarm"

Happy holidays to all of you in this difficult time we live in this year, my fiat grande punto 2007 from yesterday suddenly shows me a message "alarm" in sound system and all the buttons are stuck except the volume +/- of the steering wheel. Can a friend help?
