Quote emial notifications

Hi, is there any way to disable the email notifications when you're quoted on the forum?

It's really annoying and just started happening lately.

Can you post up one of the emails, I'll get it edited so it lets you know about the link - however I can't find the phrase in the settings!

No. That's not it, found many links to turn them off. but now I have them I can't delete them. Have already deleted the messages they relate to! Thanks.
