Technical Question RE part

Hi guys,

Just been clearing out the old car which, for the past six months, has acted as a storage shed for parts etc.

When I got the HGT there was a random looking cable in the boot which, as it was still in Fiat parts wrapping, I decided not to bin. I'm not sure what it is, one in appears to be in an orange housing. Im guessing possibly a brake line or part of the handbrake cable.

All I have is a part number - 46465948 - tried ePER but it doesnt appear to be working!

It seems to be brake cable - handbrake I suppose.
