As above really. Someone suggested to me if I'm still having problems even after I swop the MAF, it could be a cracked inlet manifold, and that if I sprayed it with some (carb cleaner??) that this would make the engine rev and signify a crack. Thanks for any help with this one
 
get a tissue, and run it across the manifold, its light ass so should move at the slightest bit of wind.

Its a 1.4 Chassis, 1.6 Engine and 2.0ltr Brakes and half a Marea :)

Would a tissue work?
I'd expect a cracked inlet to suck air rather than blow it?

I think some people are missing the 'inlet' part of this question

tbh i think your better off takign it off and maybe just tryign to seal it up and put some pressure in it to see if it leaks or just so you can inspect it better.
